From the very beginning, they were incredibly communicative, organized, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Their professionalism and dedication to providing an exceptional experience for us and our guests were evident from start to finish. One of the biggest concerns we had going into the wedding was finding a caterer that could accommodate my wife’s gluten-free needs. Main Event Caterers went above and beyond, not only offering a wide variety of gluten-free options but also making sure that everything was carefully prepared and cross-contaminant-free. My wife felt completely at ease, and we were both so impressed with their willingness to tailor the menu to ensure her dietary restrictions were fully respected. It truly meant the world to us. Throughout the night, the entire staff at Main Event Caterers was phenomenal. Despite the whirlwind of activity, they made sure that my wife and I were taken care of, ensuring we had food and drinks throughout the night—even when things were at their craziest with us being the bride and groom. Their thoughtfulness and attention to our needs allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the evening, knowing we were in such capable hands. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was a hit with our guests, and we’ve received countless compliments on how amazing the food was. The presentation was stunning, and each bite was better than the last. We are still hearing rave reviews about the meal from our friends and family! Main Event Caterers didn’t just provide food—they provided a level of service, care, and quality that made our wedding day even more special. If you're looking for a caterer that will go above and beyond, offer incredible food, and make sure every guest (and especially the bride and groom) are taken care of, we cannot recommend them highly enough! Allison and her team at Main Event ran an incredible show for us at our Georgetown wedding. We were blown away at the tasting for our menu, and Allison added some options for us that really stepped things up. We were also given an incredible referral for a Wedding Coordinator who worked side by side with Main Event to run everything on the day. Guests raved about the service, food, drinks, and deserts. We cannot thank Allison & Main Event enough for their work.

My husband and I hired Main Event for our wedding (05/24/2024), and we were extremely pleased with the quality of their service. We compared caterers leading up to the wedding, and Main Event, while a little more expensive than the rest, stood out. They promised us that their worth came through when it came to their service, and they were 100% accurate. On top of that, the food was exceptional. To this day, it is the best food I have had at any wedding. Additionally, the bartenders did an excellent job. We worked with Main Event for our wedding in May of 2024 and they helped make our day an unforgettable experience! Ali was very helpful from the start of the process and was always in touch with us ensuring we would have the best wedding experience possible. We were even able to book our table and chair rentals through Main Event which made for a seamless experience. During the wedding, the entire team was very accommodating and even moved our cocktail bar from outside to inside in the middle of the event due to rain. Our guests raved that the food was the best food they had ever had at a wedding and we have to agree. Main Event especially knocked it out of the park when it came to our delicious wedding cake. Thank you Main Event for giving us the wedding of our dreams! We highly recommend anybody looking for a caterer to use Main Event, as we will be referring friends and family in the future.

Main Event was fantastic for our wedding :) Ali did a great job with design. The tasting event was fantastic and we really felt like the team was working hard to provide the best service and products for the wedding! Day of, on-site, their team was awesome and just did so much to make the wedding perfect. Thank you to this fantastic group of people!
