Legacy House of Centennial Hills

From beginning to end- the first tour with Alyssa to coordinating with LJ, the process was seamless. I felt supported at every step and every single staff member was warm and welcoming. I haven’t entered one time without being greeted by every person I passed. You feel like more than a number, more than a dollar sign. Absolutely have been completely impressed!

Allysa, our sales rep was lovely. She showed us everything we wanted to see, including several apartments. The menus looked good. We were invited to come back the following Saturday to jointed for the veterans' breakfast. It was great! The activities calendar was full of fun and interesting things to do.

My mom has been at Legacy House for almost 2 years, and I am so thankful to the staff for their professionalism and attention to detail. They go above and beyond what is asked of them and have made my mom feel safe and cared for. As a daughter that can’t be there all the time, what more could I ask for? They are all wonderful, but seeing how mom has bonded with Kayla warms my heart. She has been such a huge advocate for mom, I feel like I couldn’t have hand picked anyone better. I am so happy that mom has her family at Legacy as part of her “village.”

We had an unexpected change in plans for my father's move to Arizona and needed to find an assisted living community in Las Vegas immediately. We showed up at Legacy House of Centennial Hills without an appointment, however the staff greeted us warmly and Alysa was kind enough to give us a tour, answer all our questions, and help get us into an apartment for my father. She jumped right in and took care of everything we needed. So far, we are really impressed with our initial experience.

We LOVE Legacy House of CH!! My mother moved in in Jan. 2024 and is truly enjoying her new home! I go visit and hang out with her, the residents and staff at least 3 days a week! They have so many fun activities that keep her happy and busy, busy! Everyone we have encountered there is caring and friendly, especially, but not limited to, Trudy, Laura, Cindy, Hector, Morgan and the activities team, and John. The facility is very clean and the 3 meals a day are yummy. Housekeeping takes care of her cleaning and her bedding laundry every week and does a GREAT job! We have made so many new friends who we really enjoy spending time with. THANKS Legacy House for ALL you guys do to make my Mother's life (and mine!) happily fulfilled!!
