Jayson Calhoun - Placing a loved one in someone else’s care is never an easy decision, and it comes with a lot of emotion and trust. Our experience with Silver Sky at Deer Springs gave us peace of mind in a way that I will always be grateful for. From the very beginning, the team made what could have been an overwhelming transition feel smooth and supported. The community itself is clean, welcoming, and full of life, with activities and a genuine sense of care that you can feel the moment you walk in. Steve, the director, was always polite, friendly, and truly helpful. You could tell he cared, not just about the operation of the community, but about the people in it. Karla was everything you hope for in someone helping guide your family through this process. She was warm, loving, kind, and always there whenever we needed anything at all. Her communication and responsiveness made a difficult time feel manageable. Kesha deserves special recognition as well. When we ran into challenges with medications during my mom’s transition, she stepped in immediately and handled everything with professionalism and urgency. Her customer service and ability to solve problems when we needed help the most meant more than words can express. The entire team at Silver Sky at Deer Springs was caring, attentive, and present for both my parents. I know how hard it is to find a place you can trust with your loved ones, and I can honestly say I would make the same decision again without hesitation. Thank you for the compassion, the support, and the dignity you showed my mom and our family. It made all the difference.

The team at Silver Sky at Deer Springs was so wonderful to work with and provided a seamless transition for my mother who moved in from out of state. Karla (Assistant Administrator) provided excellent communication and was very responsive to questions making the application and leasing process easy. When my mother arrived without her prescriptions being transferred from out of state, Kesha (Wellness Director) jumped into action ensuring she had her medications quickly. The community is clean and the staff members are caring and eager to welcome and assist residents. There are also a variety of activities available. I think my mom will be very happy here and we are grateful to have found such a warm and kind community.

I was so impressed with Silver Sky that I would move in myself if needed. My person was there for 8 months and was very happy there. He was independent but needed help with a few things. What really impressed me was on several occasions when he signed himself out but hadn’t returned late into the evening, I’d get a phone call making sure he was ok and to make sure I knew he was out. They were very good at contacting me for any issue that arose. The staff there are very kind and really do care about the residents. I’m so glad we picked Silver Sky for him. Thank you everyone!
