Complete Care at Oak Ridge

Very helpful and positive staff. They’re great with my Mom. They make you feel welcome every time you visit. It’s the cleanest nursing home facility I’ve ever been in. I feel so blessed that my Mom is there.

This is the 3rd time being here. They allow your four legged loved ones to come to the facility that is always a plus especially for some that has no family. They still have someone to look forward to visiting them.

The experience we had when my 90-year-old-father needed to stay for a while, was beyond our expectations. The facility was cleaner than any we've experienced. They had a full time janitorial staff, I believe. The nurses and aides were so kind and helpful to my dad and to all of us! Therapy was top-notch! Admitting and discharge was seamless, as well as social work meetings. As with any facility, there are things on the surface to question, but when you realize that some very sick/elderly people are there and need constant care, CCO goes way beyond surface level care for people who don't know how facilities must operate to do good things for your loved one. I would 100% recommend this facility with its current management and care teams.

My daughter, son-in-law, and I really enjoyed family bingo night with my sister, Janice, who is a resident at Complete Care at Oakridge Center. It was a delight playing and hearing all the happy “bingos”! And, as usual, Tonya and Sabrina did a great job in hosting the event! It would be great to have family bingo nights on a regular basis.

We always feel welcome when visiting my Mom here. The staff seems like we’ve known them forever. Andrew, Ian, everyone is easy to talk to. Tanya, Sabrina, Darla, Bob, so many are good to Mom Marian and Thank you! Marian S. Family and Marco.
