Bristol Hospice - Northern Colorado

Jordan was our Hospice RN, Kelly was our Aid, Reid was our Chaplin, and Katie was our Social Worker. Everyone was excellent and helped make the loss of our parent a little bit easier. Our dad received great patient care. As a family we received and are still receiving support. This is our families third time using Bristol Hospice because of the care and support we have received with each parent.

Bristol Hospice provided excellent care for my mother and tremendous support for our family. The staff was compassionate, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. We are very grateful for the kindness and dignity they showed during such a difficult time. Thank you. ❤️

They took wonderful care of my family member after we had 2 bad experiences with other hospice companies. Our nurse Bailey and social worker Tiffany were so kind and compassionate. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing hospice services.

Had a really amazing experience with Bristol Hospice and my 100 yo mother and 98 yo father at MacKenzie Place in FoCo . Jordan, their Bristol nurse, was completely on top of their care. She would check in on them frequently, respond immediately to my text questions and was extremely proactive. She would keep close contact with their PCP, who was not Bristol, and adjust care plans and meds proactively as needed. There was so much caring that you would have thought she was their daughter. I was so impressed with the whole Bristol team including Katie, the social worker, to their CNA, whose name I am sorry I do not remember. I would recommend Bristol to everyone.
