Heart'n Soul Hospice

Two years ago today marks the terrifying end of my sister’s hospice “care” from this organization. No support at night, creepy minister, only a phone number to call for support. A physical person rarely here to help. Use another service…. No help after on call hours. My goodness, I hope things have improved in the last two years. She deserved better.

There is not enough space to be able to comment about everything that this company (Meredith Portwood and her team) did for my mother during her illness and our entire family throughout this horrible process. They answered every call, text, and email almost immediately. Their love and compassion they showed is truly unexplainable. I thought I knew what hospice was about, but I had so much to learn and their patience throughout that learning period was worth everything. They made one of the most horrible times in my life bearable. They allowed my mom‘s last weeks to be filled with dignity and respect, and most importantly of all love. I would recommend them to anyone anywhere! 🩷🩷🩷
