One of my childhood friends lost her father right after Christmas so I wanted to send a bouquet in sympathy. I made the arrangements over the phone since I live in San Antonio. I had no problems and the lady on the phone was very accommodating and patient. I’m very pleased with the service I received and am happy with the product, as well!
