FLOWER SHACK

My daughter over paid for an arrangement, two days later the flowers were wilted. She was also charged a credit card fee which is legal only if it's mentioned. She used her debit card and was charged a fee. That was an illegal fee. The owner said he didn't know but has a sign in plain view that states that. I took arrangement back to him and got a full refund. Customers need to make sure what they're being charged for.

Called for flower arrangements to be delivered the same day & within 2 hours the flowers were delivered. Friendly customer service, fast & beautiful flowers. Been ordering for years & will continue for future occasions :)

Flower are always gorgeous and sooo fresh and they last a long time. I love their communication and their customer service is always on point. Edited to add: Flowers are 6 days old and still looking sooo fresh.
