i am a senior citizen living in an independent living facility . i first met Charles when he was attending a professional group here at the facility. subsequently i discovered the facility committed some financial miscues that impacted me directly. i asked Charles to intervene. he did so with professional dispatch and the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. i would not hesitate to utilize Charles again if the need should arise. if other residents have concerns i would not hesitate to recommend him.
