When my mom passed away, I was looking for a place to make her memorial stone, and I found Kline Memorial. They truly kept their word—they finished the work on the exact day they promised and made it exactly the way I wanted. Working with Monica was especially wonderful. She never tried to sell me anything unnecessary; instead, she genuinely tried to help and guide me in creating the best memorial stone for my mom. My dad passed two years ago, and Kline Memorial's staff has exceeded all expectations in fabrication of a headstone. Rick met on multiple occasions with me, my mom and my siblings to discuss the fabrication of a memorial that would best represent my dad. We all had differing ideas, and Rick was able to take all of the input and make a custom headstone that captured the disparate ideas. Having Rick help us navigate decisions about materials, decoration, text size and all of the other details we had never consider was super helpful. Not only did the Kline team fabricate and install the headstone, but they also provided guidance and installation for a custom sculpture that was mounted into the granite. In addition to Rick, the team that helped with the project were all caring, respectful and skilled craftsman. My whole family is grateful for help!

Kline Memorials were kind, courteous, and prompt. From the first visit, to the headstone being installed was less than 3 months. The time from contract signing to installation was less than a month! The staff is wonderful.

I am very pleased to add another 5-star review. The need that our family had was not large in scale though was still very important to us emotionally, and Kline treated us with professionalism and respect throughout the process. The monument for a beloved family member who had passed some time ago needed to have its inscription updated. Kline worked to coordinate this with Arlington National Cemetery seamlessly, and we are grateful for the result.
