My family worked with Bob on creating a headstone for our mother . He was so easy to work with and kept us updated through the whole process . We love the final stone and think our mother would also . Thank you again!

Purchased a beautiful monument , imported black granite stone. Bob designed it to our exact specifications. Everything was absolutely perfect, so glad we made the right choice. Great experience.Great company!!

So my two month old daughter passed away and me and her father have been so depressed and upset (obviously) we went to roc monuments and note this was our first time having to purchase a headstone. So the man there who runs it comes out and we explain why we are there and the circumstances. We also mentioned how it was our first time doing this and that we hadn’t looked anywhere else. So the man shows me a stone and tells us right off the bat he would want three thousand dollars for it. That’s not including any photos or extra words. Also the stone he was talking about and showing us had a HUGE blemish on it and he still wanted that much just for the stone. He was very rude and not good with helping us out one bit. I thank god though because we went to Seneca Memorials in Palmyra instead and we met one of the sweetest kind hearted people I have ever met. A very kind older man named Tom. He was amazing and beyond helpful even calling the church before our appointment to help find out information for us. He also gave us a very great deal. Extremely friendly and nice and we even talked about god together and was given these beautiful prayer hand wood carvings by him.

I asked the folks at Rochester Monument to tell me if they could carve my father’s name and dates onto the same headstone with his brother. They said there was enough room and they did. It looks like it was meant to hold both men’s information. They did a lovely job.

Bob worked with us until we came up with a design that we loved. His patience throughout the process was truly appreciated and the final result was beautiful! We are so pleased that we decided to have this very personal and emotional project carried out by Rochester Monument Co.
