I’m updating my post as of 7/10. I received a call from the owner to apologize and convey he was willing to drive to another state to pick the monument up if it was cut but it hasn't been. It will take possibly another month to receive. In lieu of not meeting the commitment date he offered a financial retribution that was acceptable. We still will never be able to see the stone but at least the establishment owned the error and offered a settlement. I’m from out of town and reached out to Jill to coordinate my mom's headstone. She seemed very knowledgeable and committed to our timeframe for the burial. Today I emailed to check in and received a call back from Jill that our headstone will not be delivered on time. It hadn't shipped yet. I purchased at end of April and was assured it was enough time. Today all I got were excuses. "tarrifs have made US suppliers overwhelmed", "the owner is pulling his hair out", "you had a special order so they probably did all the easy stones first", and "the quarry cutters are out for the rest of the week so it would be a miracle if we got it by the 12th". We are extremely disappointed that no one was monitoring shipping dates through the last three months to alert us of any potential issues nor was I ever told mine was a "special size". I was assured the stone would be in place for our mom's burial. Now my family will never see her headstone in person since we live in CA. They have robbed us of proper ceremony for our mom. They had an obligation to be upfront on delivery before they took our money. If they had I could've gone elsewhere. The lack luster attitude is unacceptable. There was no attempt to make things right, we're just supposed to accept it. I sent a review into the company tonight. I'll see if they have any response or care for the celebration they have stolen from us. I can not recommend this company unless they make it right and have our mother's headstone in time for her burial.

Extremely compassionate and understanding people during our very difficult time. They were able to offer ideas and suggestions that our family felt comfortable with. We felt that we were in good hands with people who truly cared about us.

My loved on was buried at Mt. Hope Cemetery and I worked with Jill who was just wonderful. She made everything so easy and was very compassionate.

Our family had our parent’s headstone cleaned. It had discolored and had a fungus on it making it hard to even read. Hart took care of scheduling the cleaning and it turned out like NEW! We were truly amazed! Well worth the money! They sent pictures when it was complete too. Excellent service. Our family thanks you.

Jill was amazing. She helped me through the whole process. I am out of state and was concerned about paying upfront. The price was the best of three. The Monument was perfect. We were glad we chose them! They sent us the completed project.
