I had such a positive experience visiting this family-owned floral shop. I called ahead since I was coming from out of the area and wanted to make sure they could accommodate my request. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, assured me they could, and provided pricing upfront so there were no surprises. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and they offered both direction and flexibility while staying within my budget. As you can see, the flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. They were even kind enough to moisten them before I headed back out into the heat, which I really appreciated. If I’m ever in the area again for a special occasion, I will definitely keep them in mind as a priority. As an added bonus, the shop itself is decorated beautifully and has such a lovely feel.

I’ve been an admirer of House of Flowers for many years…. especially their roses & the wonderful service I always receive. So happy to be back in town and neighbors again with my favorite florist!

Received these flowers yesterday, incredibly disappointed in the overall service. The arrangement was cute from far away, but look closely, and it is not the high quality they claim to have. The hydrangeas and the roses are already browning. I had to throw the lilies away because my cats are allergic (which is what my parents mistakenly ordered). They gave me a callback (because my parents live on a US military base in Japan, I assume my mom used my phone number for the callback) just to let me know that my mom made a mistake in ordering when she reached out about her disappointment with the order. My mom was under the impression that the flowers would be more pink (they were for Valentine's Day). The manager was incredibly rude on the phone. She called my mom a liar (which was unnecessary and unprofessional). When I got a little feisty back (defending my mom... as I should, that's my girl), she was condescending and overall unkind. She kept interrupting me, and it felt like she was enjoying being mean. Her service and tone made me cry after the call and really put a damper on my day celebrating love. For the price of the flowers, I expect fresh, bright, and most importantly, high-quality customer service. That is not the experience I had. I just think that, as a small, independently run flower business in a city with lots of competition, the reaction to critique shouldn't be to get defensive and combative with a confused, frustrated customer. Disappointing, and we will never do business with them again

Before going to my favorite Old Ebbitt Grill for a meal, I stopped by because I wanted to see the flowers. It's a pretty and attractive flower shop with two cute dogs. I bought a big and pretty flower. The chocolate shop next door is also attractive. I'm going again to buy flowers and chocolate next time.
