I ordered my mother's headstone in 2021 and pur down half on it. I was constantly in contact with Mr. Raymond and he told me he would finally be able to complete the headstone yet a month or two later, I tried to reach him by phone, email and even going to his office yet I still have not had any luck reaching him. At this point I just want my money back so that I can get my mother a headstone.

They have not returned my calls. They owe us half the deposit of $3,000 we put towards a headstone that never came. Raymond M should be ashamed of himself.

Mr. Raymond was wonderful at first but isn't returning any of my calls. The communication with this company is the worst! I would like to know what's going on and get my money back! This is terrible!!!

PLEASE RETURN my HEADSTONE now! The inscription was paid for late June 2020. I know there were supply chain issues and the hurricane. I have been very patient and you now are not answering calls or emails for 3 weeks. Now I have heard the business is closed Edit: I was able to contact the owner since Mr. Raymond was no longer there. His wife was kind and he was attentive and got my headstone returned to the gravesite within two weeks. He explained to me the unfortunate situation with the supply issues. They did the best they could to complete the lettering. Thank you for attending to my headstone for my Mother! I love New Orleans and all the best in your future endeavors during these crazy and turbulent times.

WORKED WELL AT FIRST EVEN HAD GREAT PRICING BUT JUST BAD WORK ETHIC & COMMUNICATION. I ORDERED MY MOMS HEADSTONE IN THE BEGINNING OF JULY AND HERE IT IS PRACTICALLY THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT A RESPONSE A REFUND OR ANY ACCOMMODATION‼️ I Am Beyond Infuriated IVE BEEN CALLING OVER THE PAST SEVERAL WEEKS AND HAVE YET TO GET THROUGH OR A RETURNED CALL THIS IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY VERY INCONVENIENT AND INCONSIDERATE 😭😭
