This is a wonderful organization is a very caring group of people who are doing great work in the community serving those that are most needy and vulnerable. Thank you all for your great work.

The service is very much needed attitude of the staff is getting horrific worse and worse every time. The wife of the man who runs it has an attitude where you take what you get and just leave. I asked her ( elderly white woman who is the wife of the gentleman who runs the pantry he works in the diaper area and puts information into the computer) for some baby socks for the last 6 months never I asked you something to tell you next time next time next time and they don't take the time to go through the boxes and they keep saying that they are overstaffed. She had me wait for 35 minutes for socks and then gave me only one pair of baby socks and told me that that was all I was going to get. She also seems to have a very bad memory, like she is getting dementia. I was told to wait outside the door and she came back to the door about four times and each time she forgot what she was getting. She is quietly rude, never raises her voice but her expression s say I hate my job and you are a pest. I have donated thousands of items to the pantry when I owned my thrift store . It appears they put a lot of junky clothes with tears ,ripped, stains, and damaged junk. I honestly believe items are disappearing and someone needs to investigate what is going on. The paperwork gets lost, I signed up for a turkey basket last year and this year and my paperwork was list. I had to redo it. I was told they would call me back several times because no one working spoke English. They. Never called me back. I have had to wait for an hour when their were only two people in.line. i.thank God for. The pantry but new staff are needed. Very slow and very unorganized. Attitudes for most of the staff are very bad. Not a oving environment. The front desk staff are friendly most of the time. I think the wife is tired of her job.

I only come to collect food because I need no work, but the people who deliver the food are very bad, they speak badly of us, they treat us badly and they scold us. just out of necessity comes one but too bad that these people are not here doing this with a good heart

Calling to set up food pick up for emergency food, Black woman answered the phone several times and just hangs up on you. Then finally she picks up and says call back in 10 minutes and hangs up again. Extremely unprofessional. She should not be working in community service if she is not empathetic to people. Very very bad. People should not be treated this way.

Our kids are attending private swimming class at this location, kids really enjoyed the class as well as coach Anna (She is a wonderful Swiming teacher!)! However, the lifeguards at the pool is not very professional. They are very good with lay out the rules but very rude towards others. Our kids were being shouted at, my elderly parents were terrified! Luckily manager Ms Joyce stopped by and chatted with me, it definitely helped me understanding the “do” & “don’t”! It’s nothing wrong to lay out the rules but please!! calm down (especially in front of the kids!). let’s discuss the issues in peace with professional manners! At last, this is a family environment! We are planning to keep our private lessons with coach Anna, and pause on purchasing our memberships, and definitely with a bitter vibe of this place...
