Came here with my school Business academy end of year fair and loved it here thank you for haveing us the only thing was people on the outside trying to sell me Something like I'm 17 I don't need that

I wanted to share my frustrating experience with the free tax assistance service, which ended up being a significant waste of time and energy. While I appreciate the idea of providing support to taxpayers, the execution left a lot to be desired. From the start, the process felt disorganized and inefficient. I encountered long wait times, unclear instructions, and multiple handoffs between volunteers, which only added confusion rather than clarity. Each step seemed to require repeating the same information, making the experience unnecessarily tedious. Unfortunately, the level of expertise did not meet expectations. I received inconsistent guidance, and at times, it seemed like the preparers were unsure about basic tax situations. This lack of confidence made it difficult to trust that my return was being handled accurately. What was most disappointing is that a service funded to help taxpayers should respect people’s time and provide reliable assistance. Instead, I left feeling more stressed and uncertain than when I arrived. I hope improvements can be made in organization, training, and overall communication so that future users can receive the efficient and dependable help they deserve.

I don't know what's going on at this place or with these people! I have had my tax returns rejected twice by the IRS this year. Yesterday I received a msg stating I have to come back in... Again!,? This will be my third time this year. (2025) Ridiculous!!!!!! I do not recommend them at this point!

Just getting to know the Organization, but the heart behind the worl and programs is absolutely there!
