Just this week I worked with Bayada’s Concord NH team. More specifically Heather and Theresa. Heather was so great with communication. She is friendly and went above and beyond for a family. Theresa arrived at The Arbors of Bedford exactly when our new resident did. She was so kind and helpful, initially I thought she was a family member. She stayed just as long as the family did and comforted them. Thank you, Heather and Theresa. It was a pleasure to work with such kind and caring women.

I want to thank the whole team at BAYADA Hospice Concord for all of their work. They went above and beyond in so many ways while caring for my mother and supporting me while I cared for her. No one from BAYADA ever showed any sign of wavering and instead I recieved thoughtful, direct, and compassionate support. I recommend them to anyone as they are patient oriented and seemed to work magic on my mother in her final days. Ours was a difficult situation, and on one occasion a nurse came out to us on a Sunday night in the middle of a snow storm traveling from an hour away. She did not leave until my mother was comfortable. On another occasion a social worker helped me to understand a better way to care for my mother. I could go on with other examples. With BAYADA you get a team that knows each other and works well together.
