Exceptionally caring staff members who truly care about their patients and their comfort. My late grandmother was cared for here just over a year ago and they were wonderful with her and informative and compassionate with us as her family. My other grandmother is currently being cared for at this facility and again they have just been so above and beyond compassionate with her and us as her family. As difficult as this process is for everyone involved, they make it as comforting and peaceful as they can. I cannot say enough positive things about this facility and it's employees. We are incredibly thankful.

They took care of my mother in law during her final days, what a wonderful loving place. All the nurses and aides are wonderful, very caring towards patients and family. God's angels at work here on earth.

I hate to even give a star for this place. Let me start by saying I wouldn’t let these staff members watch a leaf in my yard, let alone care for a family member. The staff at this facility like to sit behind the desk and play on their cellphone, rather than get up and go check as to why the alarms go off, even when you do come up and voice a concern as to why the alarm keeps going off. Their reply is” The alarm goes off all day she’s fine” My aunt was walking and talking and when she arrived to this place. After arriving at this facility, she couldn’t walk anymore and couldn’t talk. She fell out of her bed, because yet again, they don’t care about checking the alarms. The staff over sedated her just to not deal with her. Upon giving her, her medicine they did not bring in water for her. I know they are supposed to have water to take their medicine because I have worked as a care giver before and believe me, I am not happy with how my loved one was treated. I would NEVER in my life treat anyone the way my aunt was treated here. It was very improper and inexcusable for their actions. They washed her hair and left it wet with the wet towel behind her head. Left her breakfast on top of the cabinet where her clothes were in and it was still there when they brought in her lunch. Anytime you voice a concern these people raise their voice to you and yell at you that goes for the nurse and for the care givers. Don’t ever let your loved one go here I highly, highly, do NOT recommend. Your loved one will not receive the care that they deserve while in their care. This place needs all of the staff fired and actually hire ones that care and will not worry about sitting down playing on their cellphones.

Thoughtful staff, continuously making sure patient and family are comfortable. CNAs turn patients every two hours, set with patients when family cannot be there and patient is restless. No matter how many times we rang the nurse or asked a question, the staff was always friendly and patient.

After signed into hospice care, they did NOT care how patient was treated or that they cut their life much shorter by the treatment or lack thereof received. VERY Rude to family whom did not like the treatment family member was recieving, NOT a good experience unfortunately.
