Alicia was incredibly helpful during my meeting with her and reviewing my prearrangements for the gravesite service and burial at Lakewood. She even visited another funeral home closer to my home to meet with me. She meticulously went over every detail of my service and burial to ensure that everything was as smooth as possible for my family.

All worked as planned but I never got my Death Certificates. At big disadvantage without paper copies. Be sure you get yours in your hand!

My parents wanted to go ahead and preplan their funerals. So, we went to Lakewood because it is our family’s cemetery. Porcia Gilmore and her staff were just amazing. They were patient, professional and so kind to all of us. What might have been a sad occasion, was in fact a pleasant experience. Thank you to everyone who gave their time and attention to us.

I have numerous loved ones buried there. Never a problem with the funeral home or cemetery. They both are very well kept facilities under great management. We just had two more deaths recently. Once again, Lakewood did an amazing job. Thank you Eric Hernandez and staff for such a great experience under such difficult circumstances. Please understand that the majority of families here have great experiences. You hardly hear about them. But, you will always hear about the "bad" ones. And not all of them are true. There's always two sides to a story. This is a great and beautiful place to have your funeral and to be laid to rest. God bless.

Eric and staff helped navigate us through the painful loss of my mother. They were professional and extremely helpful, covering all aspects of the funeral that we would never had known. In addition, he was knowledgeable about Catholic funerals and specific terminology, including beautiful religious prayer cards. **** My father has now passed and the funeral home again did an exceptional job. This time I worked with Janet, and she was able to fulfill our request for an Air Force Honor ceremony, including Taps, for my Veteran dad
