Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans

The lady who work at the front desk is very unprofessional. And they close 15 minutes before their lunch time.

Unresponsive,sent out an email. Got no response. Called MULTIPLE times during hours of operation,and got nothing. Called 211,311 and 3 other places who all said to call catholic charities. This run around is ridiculous and doesn’t suffice the needs of constituents who do not have access to transportation.

Even though I haven't got my car answered yes but haven't called back I know that they do the most excellent work and volunteerism. They work very hard and they bless many people. And that includes me

The horrible female was chit chatting with her friend and then told us to leave! We spoke to no one! Truly sad!

I have asked Catholic charities for help many times and they have never refused. they have always been kind and generous and done anything and everything they could to meet my needs. I would never hesitate to ask them when I have a real need and they do everything they can to support me.
