The staff was very attentive and accommodating to our needs and they made our experience a little less stressful. I appreciate the patience and support that they gave me in my time of bereavement.

They suck. My loved one was not handled in a timely manner. Not sent where she said she would be for cremation nor in the time frame they said she would be. They communicated great until we paid in full then they were done. A month later and still haven’t gotten the death certificate. Margarita talked to me the whole time but once I let her know I wasn’t happy with the care my sister was being handled with all of a sudden she could only speak to the next of kin. I handled the arrangements from day 1 though.

I would recommend Kraft-Sussman to everyone who needed. They were all very compassionate, answered all our questions and kept us updated on the cremation process for our daughter. They cared for our sweet baby and you could 100% tell and feel the empathy. Great staff, great prices!

Thank you to all the staff, especially, Jasmin for helping us through everything that we needed for my Mom’s memorial service, 9/27/21. I couldn’t think of anything that went wrong. Everyone was very professional, the funeral home was very clean and we all feel comfortable throughout our stay. They are very accommodating and easy to work with. There was no hassle with the choices we made, and they helped us with all the paperwork that we needed. Thank you Kraft Sussman for helping us through this time. We are so grateful.

My family and I can’t thank Wendy, Laura and the entire staff at Kraft-Sussman enough for the compassion and genuine care extended to us as we made arrangements for our mother’s service and burial. We were not rushed or forced into making choices that weren’t necessary or right for us. Aaron was wonderful as he gently lead us through the process and helped with all the details. The professionalism and the compassion we received from everyone at Kraft-Sussman made a very difficult situation much easier.
