Went in to arrange brother's cremation the same morning he died. I was treated very well from the time I went in the door. Sean took responsibility for the arrangements and was very clear and knowledgeable. Great experience overall.

Matthew was amazing to my family and I, this process was something i wasn’t ready to experience but once I connected with Matthew he made the process smooth for me. I found so much peace as i walked a walk to lay my dad to rest. I knew what to expect and how much from the beginning. I wasn’t pressured into doing things that I knew i didn’t want. I was very sure on what I wanted it for my dad as far as burial and cremation, and I was heard completely. I was also made aware of the time that my dad was going to be cremated. I was not in the dark during this process and anytime I reached out to Matthew. He responded in a timely matter. I really appreciate him taking his time with me and And even allowing my brother and I to have as much time as we needed it with my dad‘s ashes. I have used Affordable with two of my family members that passed within a few years of each other. The service and staff have been exceptional to my family and I. Especially, Sophia, her warm, empathetic soul, made this transition much easier on me. Losing my 31 yr old son was unbearable. Sophia provided the warmth and understanding that only a mother knows. She is highly professional and efficient. Honestly, I couldn't have done it without her! Thank you to ALL the staff that made this horrific experience in my life more tolerable.

Very well handled and treated us and our deceased loved one with respect and dignity. Gave us time to grieve alone when needed. Offered so many condolences.
