Ricci assisted us with my mom’s funeral, and I know for sure that as hard as it was emotionally, Ricci helped out 100% and made things bearable in our time of grief. In an unexpected death of a dear family member, I, as next of kin, needed to make quick decisions about cremation, per his will’s request upon passing. I was not familiar with cremation services, as we had only ever used Greenoaks for traditional funeral and burial services. So, Allison, my assigned director, worked very closely with me explaining, detailing and sharing so kindly any and all information I needed to move forward. Allison was patient, so very respectful, and quick to offer any answers to the many questions I had. The timeliness of both the cremains and death certificates being returned to me/our family was impressive as well. Additionally, Allison was very careful and professional in dealing with an unfortunate situation created by an outside acquaintance of our loved one. Her protection of our personal and private requests and mindfulness toward our concerns while respecting our close family’s need to keep things very private was appreciated beyond words!

We worked with Jennifer at Greenoaks to handle all of my mother’s arrangements. She was truly a blessing to my dad and I. She made everything so easy and took extra time with us making us feel so at ease. I would highly recommend asking for Jennifer in your time of need.
