My mom truly loved her caretakers- Annette, Patty, Bella and her social worker Dave. Their kindness, patience, and gentle presence made all the difference in her comfort and emotional well-being. Heidi and her staff were the ultimate professionals! They treated my father with such dignity and care, it was like they were part of our family. I can't say enough wonderful things about Auburn Crest Hospice. Per my husband's wish, he wanted to pass at home and Auburn Crest is nothing but the best. Always just a phone call away, they were there to answer any and all questions I had, listened to my concerns and fears, and guided me through the entire process of making my husband comfortable during his last days. The nurses, CNA's, Chaplain and Social Worker were always available and it is obvious they love their job. I'm really not sure what I would have done without them. I will be forever grateful for their love and support. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
