The Director and staff were not only professionals people, but they they were also very kind, helpful, understanding, compassionate and comforting during our difficult time, taking care of everything requested with dignity and grace, which allow my family to focus on remembering our loved one without being overwhelmed. I had used Cox in Hamilton Ga. in the past so of course I called them again based on how we were treated so well, so when my husband passed I called Cox an they referred me to Ga. Cremations, From day one Danny was so humble an we weren’t only treated so well but when Danny an Jeff came to pick up my husband they were so understanding,patient, kind, an took such good care of everything an made a terrible situation bearable. Honest an the most professional an personal people I’ve ever dealt with. You won’t be disappointed I promise you that.❤️

Kudos and much appreciation to the Columbus branch of Georgia Cremation. Twice in the past couple of months my family has needed the services of this business. The compassion, helpfulness, and ease of dealing with the staff was exceptional. This review is for the Columbus, GA location. I had absolutely no idea what to do when my brother passed, this was my first time making funeral arrangements. We decided to go with cremation and I live out of town, so to help my family in Columbus I went online for a crematorium in Columbus, GA and called Georgia Cremation. My initial conversation was with Jeff Smith and he was so helpful and sympathetic. He explained how the process worked, walked me through the website where the forms were so we could get started before the appointment the next day. Not once did I feel pressured or as if I was being "sold to" during the conversation. The next morning my family in Columbus met with Danny Flynn at the office and he was amazing. I can't begin to express how sympathetic he was and so patient. We had a lot of questions and he answered them all without hesitation. Again, he was very sympathetic and made me feel like he knew my brother and he was so respectful in the way he referred to him. I was brought in by speaker phone during the end of the process and I needed clarification on a couple of things - even though I know he had explained these things to my sisters that were there, he took the time to answer my questions as if it were the first time he'd heard them. I am so thankful for their professionalism and caring manner. They made this difficult process bearable for us.
