It took me months to write this review, but I would like to give a well-deserved 5 stars to everyone who supported my family during our dad’s viewing and burial services. We are especially grateful to Jill Lane, who guided us through the entire process with compassion and professionalism, making everything feel smooth and manageable from the preparations until our dad was laid to rest. The facility itself is peaceful, calm, well-maintained, and very clean. We truly appreciated the care and respect shown to our family during such a difficult time. The Santiago Family

If you are not sure then read this! I have read the bad reviews! Just as you did. On May 23rd of this year, my dear nephew Rion passed away at home after a hard fought battle with cancer. The hospice called New Tacoma and they showed up to take his body. A day later I read all the bad reviews! We were worried! Then we finally get to talk to the funeral director and we were a bit anxious. What do you know? Shelly, the funeral director, and David made us feel at ease. We sat down with them and they were compassionate and helpful. They were sympathetic to us. I was still a bit skeptic because of the reviews. Simply put, they were amazing. We are so happy the hospice called New Tacoma Cemetery. I did bring up the bad reviews with Shelly and she explained they are now under new management. If you are reading this, you will not regret choosing New Tacoma Cemetery. Shelly will take care of your loved ones as she did our baby Rion. Give them a chance. My sister lost her baby and gained a new friend in Shelly. Shelly was respectful, compassionate and so willing to assist us. Thank you Shelly and the staff at New Tacoma Cemetery. I highly recommend New Tacoma Cemetery for your loved ones that have passed on.

I been waiting for almost 2 years to install monument for my mom. Everything was paid in full in advance. Till today nothing done and they keep promised to call me and take care of it. They don't call back, don't read email and they don't know how to do business. Every time I called and ask to speak with director he always on vacation, not in the office and never returned my calls. I want give them -10 rating, but they don't have this option. Horrible service. Will never do business with them. Nobody knows anything, only know how to collect money.

New Tacoma Cemetery Wa. Is a beautiful and peaceful place where my father Carl T. Wade Sr. is laid to rest in the military US Army Honor section March 23rd 1993 and buried under a Shady Tree he was in the Korean War and drove a half track.... it was a gloomy day at the cemetery and a lot of sadness 😢 all the staff at the funeral home was wonderful and very helpful!! If you're looking for a place for your loved one to rest then Tacoma Cemetery is your best.... My dad like Pepsi and a bologna sandwich with mustard so that's what I left on his grave....
