New Braunfels Counseling Center

I had a really great experience with the team at New Braunfels Counseling Center. I reached out during a time when I needed extra support, and they made the entire process feel easy and stress-free from the start. Scheduling was quick and straightforward, which I appreciated, especially since I didn’t want to wait weeks to be seen. From my first visit, everyone I interacted with was kind, approachable, and genuinely caring. Also their Ai phone assistant is amazing. It picks up right away everytime and answers all my questions. What stood out most to me is how much they focus on making you feel heard and understood. Each session leaves me feeling a bit more grounded and optimistic, which has made a meaningful difference in my day-to-day life. If you’re considering counseling and want a place where you’ll feel comfortable and supported, I’d definitely suggest giving them a try.

Therapist are great but the AI PHONE SERVICES IS RIDICULOUS!!! It’s so Annoying and time consuming

Therapist was great but the billing is ridiculous. The office requests you sign a form so they can draft your co pays. They definitely draft but draft whatever they want without letting you know in advance. My insurance has paid for multiple visits and my co pay has always been $25. I was charged $110 twice and when I called my insurance they were unsure why I was charged the $110. Insurance called the office with me on a conference call. We were given the run around and told they would look into it. Months have gone by and no response was ever given from the office. I called today and apparently they said the problem is with my insurance. This facility is all about getting your money. Using this office was more of a hinder and headache than a help to me. Therapist change often so if you're looking for consistency with a therapist this isn't the place to go. I'm not going to talk through the trauma every time they assign me a new therapist and have to develop a rapport with someone new every few months due to turn over. I feel like I was taken advantage by this office. Do yourself a favor and find a different facility.

We’ve been attending New Braunfels Counseling Center for a little over a month now, and the experience has been wonderful. Mr. Randall has been such a blessing for my daughter, she’s 4. He’s patient, understanding, and has really helped her learn how to understand and express her emotions. Each week, I see her making progress, and it means so much to us as a family. I also want to give a special mention to the front desk ladies. They are always so welcoming, have great communication, and are the sweetest toward my daughter. Walking in the door feels comfortable and safe, which makes a huge differnece.

The therapist there was good. However the front desk staff are all rude. Maybe don’t work in a mental health clinic or with the public in general if you have an attitude issue , Tina .show some compassion especially in any health care setting. I see there are multiple review related to her and how rude she is.I will not be returning on that alone .
