Great mission and intention. Helped my mom through a lot and even made her a board member. Oh the 1 star review ? Last year my mother passed unexpectedly and I had no where to turn for help. I figured suited for change could help at minimum by accepting some of her clothes I took my time and had cleaned at the cleaners or maybe even some assistance with a fund raiser in tribute to my mom and her contributions to the organization. I had my inquiries answered once after multiple attempts to contact someone. I was told they would accept her professional clothing as well organize an event in my mothers name.. never happened even after I reached out again 🤷🏾‍♂️

Many, years ago... BEFORE I lost my spine BUT NOT my mind (due to an ILL and remorseful alcoholic on 4-11-88), I was MOST compassionately served and most professionally salvaged at "SUITED..." P.T.L.: 'FOR CHANGE *CAME.*' A N D ... Thus, I AM change AND Always Will Facilitate such (In and Amongst others). G.E.D. 11/20/52. ✌️

They hound you and force you to try on things that don't fit. It was the worst experience I ever had. Literally so traumatized by the whole thing that 7 minutes in I had to fake an emergency just to excuse myself. The woman that "helped" me was so pushy and rude, it was appalling. Don't go here unless you can confirm that there are poc staffed that day other wise you will regret it. I left there with nothing because my dignity and respect means more to me than free clothes.

If I could ZERO stars I would! I was sent here as a returning citizen upon arriving at a halfway house in DC. I tried on a purse, the tag fell on the floor, I picked up the tag and put it back on the purse, I got back to the halfway house and from then on was accused of switching tags. I didn't even buy a purse so what would be the point? I have never ever switched tags in my life let alone there. They were insistent and caused me to be judged by the halfway house thereafter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE GOES HERE EVER! This is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS PLACE FOR A RETURNING CITIZEN to go to, just being released into society and someone making an accusation like this is serious. Its heinous when they loosely making their assessment in such a situation. They insisted they saw me switch tags when all I did was pick the tag up off the floor and put it back on the purse, and walk away....again, never bought ANY purse! This is a highly unscrupulous place! DONT GO!
