Since this was my first ever memorial being done, and although this was a hard experience to go through Melissa Stein and company were very attentive. They responded by emails immediately and virtual meetings once I needed to speak with them. I couldn’t ask for better service at this time. Everything was on schedule and as promised! I lost my only child in June 2025. I felt so helpless and vulnerable, I went shopping for headstones from several places and friend Monument was the one for me.
