My experience with Anthony and other employees of Classic Memorials was very pleasant each time. They were all very professional and patient as we navigated the details for my husband’s stone. They were very helpful with suggestions but were also mindful of this being a sensitive and difficult task. Thank you Classic Memorials for your help, patience and for allowing us to work with you in a comfortable and understanding setting!

My family and I want to thank Classic Memorials staff on their support and professionalism during this difficult times. They made the process of picking out a head stone for my husband so smooth that we could not ask for anything more! We also want to thank Anthony Ricci who did a fantastic job on my mom’s head stone that was made over 13yrs ago. It looks so much better than we would have imagined. When I walked into Classic Memorial I had absolutely no knowledge of what buying a memorial readstone involved. With the patience of Vlad and Dan they took my wife and I through the process with very well meaning suggestions and advice. Since we were from North Carolina it was very important, in our opinion to get it right, as we did not know whether we would be returning to Cleveland. We walked out on that date feeling very good about what had transpired.

A terrible process that we all must go through is made smooth at Classic memorials. Anthony has been so incredibly kind and helpful after I lost 2 family members this past year. He and his team worked with the Rabbi and matched the style and font of my father’s memorial which is more than 15 years old. I have been treated like family. The kicker is that all of this was done by phone and email since I live out of Cleveland now. 5 Gold Stars does not do it justice.

I was very impress with the staff, Anthony was very professional, caring and patient with me and my family. He took time out for us to make a decision. He was very knowledgeable of the different stones. Thank you Classic Memorial for a job well done.
