Veronica and Theresa reach out to make sure all our needs are met, that we have all the info we need, and expedite obits and other necessities. On top of this vital support, the cost is reasonable. I had no idea what to do in the aftermath of my loss, but with one email to CSOG took care of everything. Highly recommend.

Knowing we were going to have a service at our church for our family member and didn’t need all the services a funeral home offers, my friend recommended cremation society of Georgia. I looked into it and joined that day. When the time came that we needed their service, it was so easy. They took care of our family member, got the death certificates back to us very quickly. Prepaid for the service for the eventuality of my mother’s passing. When it did happen, the Cremation Society of Georgia did a very good job and handled everything without a problem. Initial responsiveness during the application process could have been a bit better but when the her passing occurred there were no issues. Questions were answered quickly and the with compassion if appropriate. Turn around time on the death certificate was minimal.
