Even the few I spoke to over the phone whom I cannot recall their names were courteous and quickly responsive when trying to reach out to anyone specifically. The mannerisms there were astounding, not pushing us to make any decisions we were uncertain of in the final steps of letting our beloved Mallory go. It felt like they were treating her as one of their own family members. They provided outstanding service and respect, every step of the way. From exceptionally customizable prayer cards, to a beautiful guest and memoir book, and keepsakes that truly captivated not only Mallory's memory to each of us but her very personality. The humanity this kind and gentle team displayed there for our dear Mallory went above and beyond the call of duty.
