Rockbridge Oaks

Rockbridge Oaks is an amazing community with some of the best staff around! From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with warmth and kindness. The sales team and community staff are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The positive atmosphere is felt throughout the entire building, and it's clear that everyone truly loves what they do. Most importantly, you can see the compassion and dedication they have for their residents. Rockbridge Oaks does a wonderful job creating a place that feels like home while providing exceptional care and service.

Wonderful and beautiful community. The directors are always so helpful, the care team is very compassionate towards the residents, they really show how much they care for everyone. The food is absolutely amazing and the serving team is incredible. Definitely an amazing place to call home.

Since Thrive Management took over, saw changes that were not good!! New management and director not very compassionate and lots of arrogance . On the Memory care side, would not recommend putting your Loved one here. Too many patients with not enough help!!! Their way to fix it was to get more & mores meds on board. If you don’t agree with them, then they like telling you all about it. Too much arrogance, they seem to know better the doctors!!! American Home place very good with memory care patients!!!

Christmas Day: Staff were great and we enjoyed our visit. The only negative was the chicken thighs ordered by my in-laws. One did not even look like that piece of meat and both were tough. It is difficult for 99 year-olds to eat tough meat and it happens frequently. Otherwise, the facility was nicely decorated and the visit was pleasant.
