Had my first virtual session yesterday . The session was so great. But this review is for the customer support Thriveworks has. I booked a in-person session with someone and found the therapist was 2 hrs away. I contacted (called) support not only did a human answer immediately but she canceled that appointment, searched my area for me, went over a few therapist credentials for me , and finally set up a new appointment. These days everything is so difficult calling a support system but not here. Easy, painless, and unbelievably helpful.

I truly enjoy my Therapist, she’s someone that listens without interrupting, great person to talk too.

I loved my therapist. It is the first time that I truly connect with somebody at a comfortable level where I didn't have to hold back to open up. Thank you Shauna F. for your good soul 🙏❤️

I have been quite pleased with the counseling and support which I received from Michelle Swanson. She is an extremely thoughtful individual, making sure that I was heard. She provided for me a caring demeanor and made it very easy to converse with. I would highly recommend her as a service provider.
