My husband and I interviewed several places before prearranging our cremation with Cleveland Cremation. I appreciated prompt responses and all of our questions were answered in great detail. Unfortunately my husband recently passed away. The wonderful staff at Cleveland Cremation were very professional and provided both dignity and respect for my loved one. I appreciated the support that was given to me , which made a difficult time easier. Cleveland Cremation was so caring and so comforting to us as we made the cremation arrangements for our loved one. They handled all communications with the hospital, very quickly obtained the death certificates, and promptly notified Social Security. We appreciated not needing to be stressed by those processes. The document process was very efficient with only a minimum of back and forth communications. Even the step to identify our loved one in confirmation before cremation was made less painful in every way it could possibly have been. We give Cleveland Cremation our highest recommendation.

Cleveland Cremation was absolutely amazing, I was so impressed with the kindness and professionalism of everyone, especially Darren. I originally selected another company to handle my brothers arrangement, but then a friend of mine suggested Cleveland Cremation and I was more than appreciative for their services, they retrieved my brother from the other facility and and took care of everything.
