Neptune Society

So if you truly know me you know that I have somehow managed to have maintained a 40+ year love/hate relationship with my ex Robert Reif (Bob). We spoke almost weekly about life, aches/pains and our children, we both made the decision to use the Neptune Society and prepay for cremation, we jointly agreed this would make it easier on the kids, one less thing to decide or possibly argue about- On May 14th Bob sadly passed of multiple organ failure after having 27 bonus years as a liver transplant patient. So I volunteered to run with the task of dealing with the Neptune Society to take at least one task off my youngest daughter Missy that lived with Bob in Michigan. Words cannot express how pleased I am with the service I received from Neptune Society (Detroit), this is a time of grief and sorrow and Zac from Neptune handled this time with kit gloves, no pressure of upsell, no demands it was smooth and even accommodating when I had a couple of not so standard requests. So Thank you to Neptune society for a professional service done with dignity and grace and as a client using your services one day in the distant, I am also relieved that I am making this daunting task a little easier on my kids.

Cannot recommend Neptune enough. We have used their services for my stepfather a few years ago, and my father, whom just passed away last month. Extremely professional and compassionate. Great communication and thorough. They are there every step of the way and make a difficult time stress free. They have additional services to offer and provide grief support, obituary listing and cards.

Neptune was 100% the absolute best thing I could recommend to anyone thinking about getting this type of service. Their care and compassion were incredibly impressive. They gave me time and patience, but also kept on top of things I didn’t have the mental capacity to process during the tough times. I would recommend them 1000000% to anyone I know. They made the whole process as smooth as possible, kept in touch, and were over all just so great to work with. I can’t say enough good things

Amy, from the Neptune Society came to our home to explain how Neptune Society works and answered all our questions. I have been putting off planning end of life arrangements, honestly, because I didn’t want to deal with our eventual mortality. But, we had to face the fact that we weren’t getting any younger & it was time. It was important for us to take care of end of life wishes & arrangements to save our family from having to deal with this at our passing. Amy made this whole difficult process much lighter & easier.

The Neptune Society was very helpful to me and my family, their comforting and Encouraging words help me through this difficult time The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. If you have a question or concern, they can answer it with no problem. I had no problem, getting everything Taken care.
