They have been taking money out of my account every two weeks. I never authorized this, so I reported the fraudulent transfers to my credit card company.

I have over $70K near left in This company few years ago, suppose to send to the place they agreed, But so far, I contact them, no response, phone disconnected. Email return. Some fraut come. We must bring US attoney attention what happen this place. The people took money away from Donor

Updated 11-14-23 - Used Trustbridge this year. Donation made it to charity in 4 days. 10-2022 - Be careful. I sent a substantial donation over a month ago and, by chance, discovered that the money never made it to my charity. Phone calls received the run around and emails went unanswered . Took 44 days for $ to arrive. Stay away.

Charities beware! This organization is incompetent and fraudulent. They hold funds that were collected for charities and never transfer the money. As a Canadian charity, we've been chasing the money for the past 4 months to no avail. It's one excuse after the other about where the money is and when it will be transferred. If a donor hadn't reached out to say they made a contribution in our name, we never would have even known they were holding our funds - they never notified our charity.
