Had a very good experience with this company . Jim was very professional and he was up front from day one about time frames on my fathers head stone and delivered it on time and the finished product was just as we asked for . Thanks Dietz Memorial !

We ordered a headstone in February 2022 and were told of delays due to shipping. Now they are saying there are delays due to a worldwide shortage of rubber stencil material used in the sandblasting process. I hope they are a legit company and not scamming us.

Very very bad service with these people. They keep telling me my fathers headstone is next in line to be finished. Supposedly they had a stencil shortage up until a month again they got some in. They got a new machine to go with that new stencil. Supposedly they were going to train 2 weeks ago on how to use the machine. Friday reached out to Marcie she tells me they are learning how to use the machine this week then tells me my fathers headstone won’t be don’t till November when o have been told over and over and over it will be done next etc…. I’m so sick of the lies. It’s going on 9 months when I was told from the beginning up to 6 months if even. I just want my fathers headstone done and want nothing more to do with these people. If you are looking for a headstone do not go here!!!!

Had a bad experience when they were contracted this year to update a Hopf (Dietz is supposedly a partner company) headstone with the recent date of my mother's passing. They engraved, but did not paint the lettering. When we contacted them to ask about the lack of paint when discovered several months later, they said we must have seen it before it was finished, and they sent a photo of supposedly painted lettering. I said I intended to check, and went later that day to discover it had been hastily spray painted (not matching the other lettering), and they left behind freshly crumpled duck tape with over spray that had been used for masking off the headstone. I would have rather had an acknowledgement it wasn't done and a promise it would be properly taken care of soon. Instead, we're now we're left with sloppy, mis-matched lettering on my mother's memorial.
