Kept it very simple. A nice intimate, family setting, not flashy. The staff was up front about costs and gave extremely helpful guidance through the whole process. Not corporate feeling and they were not trying to upsell me on ‘extras’. I didn’t have to pick out the urn from a booklet, it was nice to be able to see it up close. Prices are comparable, no pushy sales tactics. We felt our family member was honored and respected by the staff. The Deacon was concise and represented our loved one’s devotion to faith and family. I would recommend Albert & Burpee.
