My dad was cremated here and we had his ashes back in 3 days. The box(es) they were returned in were very nice.

Called Buffalo Cremation to get an estimate for cremation of a family member. The person answering the phone he was very cold, uncaring, just very business like, like I was requesting a quote for car repairs. When I commented on his tone he became very defensive and yelled at me that I was that way. When your dealing with the loss of a loved one you don't need the added stress, aggravation of an unsympathetic person on the other end. Will not, would not recommend this company to anyone, anytime.
