Very disappointed with the handling of my security deposit at Benoist Farms in West Palm Beach. I returned the apartment on March 31st, and after weeks of emails, calls, and visits to the office, I still have not received my deposit check or any clear answers. Nobody seems to know anything, and communication has been extremely poor. Tenants deserve better follow-up, professionalism, and transparency.

It has been two months since my lease ended, and I am still waiting for the return of my security deposit, with no clear explanation or resolution. Their customer service is practically nonexistent. The email address provided for communication does not work, which is completely unacceptable. When calling by phone, the representatives are uninformed, unable to provide answers, and show no willingness to assist. The lack of professionalism and accountability is alarming. A company that handles customers’ deposits should have clear, accessible, and transparent processes. In this case, none of that is present. This situation is completely unfair and raises serious concerns about their business practices. Unfortunately, this level of negligence may warrant legal action. I do not recommend renting any property through this company. My experience has been extremely negative. Rating: 0 stars (if that were possible).

I’ve been calling these people in California since November no one has answered the phone, not even the receptionist Shame on y’all for taking people money in the state of Florida I live in Jacksonville Florida in Lauren Grove Apartments, where they will not fix these damn apartments. My motor went out my AC unit the people down here telling me because of you all will not send the money to get it approved to get another motor to be fixed. This is why I have no air or no heat in my apartment but guess what I am getting me an attorney. I am going to get the best attorney here is in Jacksonville, Florida to go after y’all Damn people up there in California shame on y’all‼️‼️‼️

UPDATE: The email address given in the reply to pretend like they want to fix this issue does not work! Same thing no one ever helping just giving the run around to steal your money and try to blame it on you. It's been over 90 days since my move out date and my return is still being illegally held by Pacifica Rented from them for 2 years after moving out they stole my deposit even after I was approved to receive a full return of my deposit. Refused to answer any calls or emails. I have reported them to state and federal agencies. Now I will be suing them in small claims court. Beware renting from Pacifica. You will constantly get the run around from them for everything, they never answer the phone or emails. When you move out they will steal your deposit even if you’re approved to get it back they’ll just never send it and the property manager will just give you the run around how they understand your frustration. They do not care about their tenants only about filling their own pockets.

Good afternoon, my name is Miguel Salazar. I was a resident at Green Oaks Apartments located at 3801 W Wallace Avenue, Unit 5 Tampa , Florida. It has been three months since I moved out, and I have not yet received the refund of the deposit. I have gone to the leasing office, but they do not give me an answer, claiming that it is your responsibility. I kindly ask you to pay attention to the refund payment, as we had a contract that established a timeframe for returning said deposit, I don't want to have to use legal assistance against you for this.
