We used Chef Juan’s services for our son’s wedding last week and the guests were so pleased with everything he and his staff provided. The appetizers, salad, and main course were sooo good! Chef Juan takes his time to talk through all the details and gets to know the bride and groom to make sure everything goes smoothly the day of the event. Definitely recommend!

Chef junction provided us with excellent service! From the moment of booking him as our wedding caterer to the end of the event everything went smoothly. I changed the menu 3 times before finalizing it and he was flexible to make it happen. The chicken was so tender and the mashed potatoes, asparagus, and yuzu carrots were the perfect fit for us we had to have seconds! The wait staff tended so well to us and made the event run smoothly especially since we had no official MC or wedding/ day of coordinator. I definitely recommend booking him and giving him full details of what food you dream of having at your event so his team can make it come true! I love that he runs on a bespoke structure because it really helps make it unique and special.

Chef Junction delivered an exceptional culinary experience from start to finish at the St. Mary’s Deans Circle event I attended with my family. The bacon-wrapped goat cheese dates and crispy pork belly were freaking amazing and all the dishes were thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. The desserts were just as memorable, and the Limoncello tiramisu was a huge hit. The food, presentation, and overall experience were outstanding, and I would highly recommend Chef Junction for any event.

Chef Juan and the Chef Junction team are truly one of a kind. He catered our wedding and provided bar service, and everything was phenomenal. The food was so good, so beautiful—and did I say good?! Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything tasted. You can tell Chef Juan genuinely cares about his craft and about the people he’s serving. He was friendly, flexible, and so creative in bringing our cocktail-style reception vision to life. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. I can’t thank him and his team enough for being everything and more than we could have imagined. If you’re considering Chef Junction for your event, do it—you’ll be blown away.

Chef Juan and his team catered my mother’s 70th birthday (50 guests) at our family home. EVERYTHING was PERFECT! We were so impressed with the pre-party communication, (phone calls, emails and text) We provided an idea of a sample menu and the team created the perfect combination. (Photo of the menu attached) The food was prepared to perfection (OMGOSH the mashed potatoes were like no other-the Chef has a secret) and professional displayed. The hors d’oeuvres are award winning. When they say they will clean up, they did EVERYTHING allowing us more time to spend with family and loved ones. The mixologist, Denise, was so fun and friendly. Drinks were amazing! The team was so friendly, helpful, and professional. They fit right in with all the guests. We will definitely be using them for future events.
