The Waterford at Plano

My Grandma lives here. When I go visit her, she is always playing BINGO or some kind of game with the other ladies. The food is very good compared to the last place she lived. I know my grandma is happy here.

We were looking for places for my Grandma to go and we spoke with Kaitlin. She educated us and was sooo nice! She really knows her stuff. She followed up with us and made sure to answer any questions we had. Grandma loved her!

I came to visit with a friend and her mother. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. They set up For us to have lunch during mealtime for the residents and we had a delightful time!

A very clean, welcoming place with fun activities and amazing food. The dining staff truly care and are always happy to accommodate residents’ likes and dislikes. The apartments are nice and have their own bathroom and kitchenette. If you are looking for a great place for your loved one, this would definitely be the place I would recommend for them to be!

Wow. I was about to leave a review and saw the most recent one here. It could not have been meant to address an issue with The Waterford at Plano. Our mother has been in residence there almost three years. She receives the uppermost tier of care, and we have found them to be ideal. They are professional, competent and very engaged. They have always communicated matters of significance promptly and efficiently. They keep very accurate, detailed records and work with other providers of care seamlessly. They are also very kind, and the staff attends to my mother as though she was their own. She is currently in the hospital herself and can't wait to get back to her room at the Waterford.
