Thompson Plageman Memorials

We recently worked with Thompson Plageman Memorials for my dad’s grave marker, and the final result looks great. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the guitar design turned out especially nice. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, which we really appreciated throughout the process. However, communication did require quite a bit of follow-up. There were times when we had to reach out multiple times to get updates, which made the process take longer than expected. In the end, though, they delivered a high-quality marker that honors my dad beautifully. If you’re considering working with them, I’d recommend them for their craftsmanship and kindness, just be prepared to follow up to keep things moving.

Had an in person meeting and left to make some final decisions. I emailed them a few days later with final details of what I wanted and was ready to order. They have completely ignored me for two weeks. Now I have to start this painful process all over with another company. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

Wife passed away unexpectedly. Straight up.told me they would let me know day stone was set and they did.did a wonderful job on my wife's stone.will be seeing them on my wife's mom stone.great people.
