Our family suffered the most painful loss of our young son. Andrew and Julie at Riplingers helped us honor our son in the most beautiful way, helpful on every single detail, patient and kind and thoughtful. They also supported us as grieving parents. The facilty met all our needs from the memorial service to the cremation, slide show, etc, all the options were spelled out and it was easy to navigate the process of dealing with a loved one’s death. Andrew and Julie are two of the most genuine, compassionate people I have had the pleasure to meet during this tragic time. When my 7 year old son passed away suddenly and unexpectedly from a fatal and rare heart disease, our family was devastated. We had no idea on what to do. Riplingers was serendipitous find. Julie was amazing and graciously by far my favorite person. I just can't tell her enough! Andrew answered every question we had, explaining every detail and process, just really easing our hearts.
