I cannot express how helpful Falconer Funeral Home was the last several weeks after my dad's passing. Losing a loved one is difficult, but they made the process easy to understand and executed with care and sensitivity the entire time. From the initial phone call with Nick to the actual appointment with Russell, this place does everything right and is not high pressure at all. I was nervous about the appointment and being possibly upsold on things and spending more money than we could, but the experience was quite the opposite. They understood our budget and what we were looking for and took care of everything efficiently as well. I did reach out a few times via phone and email in the following weeks with questions about death certs or other things and Russell was always quick to respond. Falconer was the the only funeral home I called because of their transparent pricing shown on their website. Additionally, they were recommended by the police officer who was present after my dad passed away in his home. I'm glad we went with them and would highly recommend them to anyone going thru something like this. They just made everything a lot easier and gave us one less thing to worry about. Thank you!

Sean, the director, assisted with my father’s cremation plans, and the entire process was smooth, respectful, and handled with genuine care. My family is very satisfied with the service provided us by Falconer Funeral Home . The personnel were knowledgeable, thorough , patient and compassionate in helping us through the loss of my husband. It is the second time we have turned to them for their help in preparing a memorial service, as we also lost our son five years ago. They have gone out of their way to help us through these difficult times with empathy and respect and continue to follow up with me with compassion during this most difficult emotional time.

We were very disappointed with Falconer Funeral Home. They told us they would have a livestream available for our uncles service and when the service was over we learned their system did not work. The man working there said they’ve had some troubles with it and that one of the men that used to run it no longer worked there. We had sent the link to watch the service to all our family throughout the country. So disappointing to everyone. Couldn't hear the people speaking at the microphone and the video picture was very blurry. If we had been warned the system might not work we would have videoed it ourselves to send to family and friends. Now we can’t get that time back and we have no recording of the service. We understand that sometimes audio and visual troubles can occur but they knew ahead of time this could happen and did not warn us. Just want to warn anyone using this funeral home to video your service yourselves.
