Our family had a good experience with the Neptune Society. It is always a difficult time no matter the circumstances but we were met with compassion and care. I appreciated all the followup phone calls and messages checking in to see how we were doing.

The staff were very respectful and kept us updated on the process. The Idaho Office of Vital Statistics was backlogged so it took four weeks to get the death certificate. Neptune kept checking for us and informed us the minute they received the certificate. We very much appreciated the care they took in this unfortunate situation.
