If I could give negative stars I would. They treated my family so rudely when we lost someone so special and dear to us all, I will never recommend anyone going to this place. We spent $1,200 on a rock that they engraved with a beautiful saying on it and my sister's birthday and death date on it. They put the wrong birthday on the rock then tried to blame us for it ( not possible I know my sister's birthday) but even if we did by some small chance accidentally give them the work date they refused to work with us to fix it. We paid for the rock to be mounted they refuse to do that and they didn't offer to refund on anything. We will definitely be taking it to someone better to get it fixed the right way.

They made us feel like my wife's death was a huge inconvenience for them. Constantly kept telling us how making her plaque waste of their time. Which they received $1,200 for their work. I wish I could give negative stars. Her birthday was engraved with the wrong date. Would not even try and help us make it right. They blamed us for giving them the wrong birthday. Even if that was true they had no reason to treat us so poorly. Unfortunately alot of stuff went wrong during this time to get the perfect plaque made for her. They handled that situation with straight disrespect and arrogance. Never been treated that bad in my life. I highly recommend anyone has to get something done like this don't go to this location. Extremely rude and nasty mean people
