That good manager (below) is long gone. The county investigated and SUBSTANTIATED neglect of residents, including my grandmother. Feel free to do your own research. New manager Jeff is professional, competent, and caring. He has made a huge difference in the facility. Shout out to Jennifer as well who is very helpful. The only suggestion is more activities for residents. This would require the owner or corporation that owns Lotus Villa to set a budget for these activities and for bringing in outside professionals. The mental and emotional health of the residents would be greatly improved. Previous: Similar horrible experience to another poster, but recently I heard there is a new manager so we are hoping for the best. The one star is for the clean and modern looking facility and bright rooms. What’s lacking- compassionate care and consideration for the emotional health and dignity of residents. Beef up your retirement so you don’t end up in a place like this is all I can say.

Poor care and retaliatory administrators who prefer to pass the blame for internal issues and false advertising onto their CNAs . This mentality appears to be becoming the standard of care for vulnerable people who cannot afford quality care.

Lenea is such a gem to Lotus Villa. She is very knowledgeable and truly understands the families and their loved one. Its never easy to move your parents to an assistant living community, but she will help and guide you in having that conversation with your loved one. She helped my client and gave him the peace of mind when he was considering an assisted living community for his dad. Lotus Villa is a new community. Its super clean and intimate. I love visitng at Lotus Villa, i highly recommend this new community.
