Bethesda Florist

I recently used Bethesda Florist and I could not have been any more pleased. I ordered on-line and also had a followup phone call to clarify my order. The flowers were described as “stunning” by the one the arrangement was sent to. I highly recommend Bethesda for their courtesy and for the care they take in designing and delivering flowers. Ordered: TSP02-1B Springtime's Here Bouquet-Deluxe $ 79.00 (Picture 1) Received No Clue???? (Picture 2) Ordered on Wednesday May 6 to be delivered Friday May 8th, well ahead of the Mother's Day rush. This was for a dear family friend of my mothers who lost her son last year. Contacted business about substitution (if you can call what they sent a substitution and not a completely different arrangement) who called and left a V/M on Sunday May 10th as they were closing. No response since then. However, the delivery person was excellent, brought arrangement into the house and set it so they would not have to carry it in.

Such a great experience. I ordered online a gift bouquet with a super cute unicorn vase, however they called after I ordered to tell me they didn’t have the vase. Obviously I was disappointed but he gave me the option of other vases and I chose a pitcher, and he was so sweet and upgraded the bouquet due to the fact that he didn’t have the unicorn. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers and just wow- they were GORGEOUS!! The pitcher vase was sooo beautiful, it even had a butterfly on it. Highly recommend.

I was charged $156.50 by mistake for an arrangement that did not meet my specifications. Steve, the owner’s son, has offered to credit me back $75 to make things right. I am grateful for Steve's follow up response, and look forward to the partial refund. Based on their willingness to compensate me for the error, I will consider using Bethesda Florist in the future.

This bouquet is absolutely stunning—vibrant, full, and thoughtfully arranged. The mix of bright sunflowers, elegant lilies, rich and lush greenery feels both joyful and luxurious. Every bloom was fresh, beautifully balanced, and clearly chosen with care. It instantly lit up the room and lasted wonderfully. The experience was just as lovely as the flowers themselves. Mira, the shop manager, is incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about her work—she truly has an eye for design. And an extra bonus: being greeted by Millie, the sweetest shop dog, made the visit even more special. 🐶💐 If you’re looking for a florist who delivers both exceptional arrangements and a warm, memorable experience, this is the place. I’ll absolutely be back.
