Such a great experience. I ordered online a gift bouquet with a super cute unicorn vase, however they called after I ordered to tell me they didn’t have the vase. Obviously I was disappointed but he gave me the option of other vases and I chose a pitcher, and he was so sweet and upgraded the bouquet due to the fact that he didn’t have the unicorn. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers and just wow- they were GORGEOUS!! The pitcher vase was sooo beautiful, it even had a butterfly on it. Highly recommend.

I was charged $156.50 by mistake for an arrangement that did not meet my specifications. Steve, the owner’s son, has offered to credit me back $75 to make things right. I am grateful for Steve's follow up response, and look forward to the partial refund. Based on their willingness to compensate me for the error, I will consider using Bethesda Florist in the future.

This bouquet is absolutely stunning—vibrant, full, and thoughtfully arranged. The mix of bright sunflowers, elegant lilies, rich and lush greenery feels both joyful and luxurious. Every bloom was fresh, beautifully balanced, and clearly chosen with care. It instantly lit up the room and lasted wonderfully.
The experience was just as lovely as the flowers themselves. Mira, the shop manager, is incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about her work—she truly has an eye for design. And an extra bonus: being greeted by Millie, the sweetest shop dog, made the visit even more special. 🐶💐

This is 2 nd time ordering birthday flowers, delivery is on time same day, supporting local florist not a 800 Internet business that has no interest in quality. We got a reminder email, helpful to find out last year order, and web site link. Flowers were beautiful, right size.
